In order to keep our staff and patients safe, we have implemented a few requirements for all visits to our office.
Office Visit Mandates:
– Mandatory face coverings for all patients and staff while in the office (such as surgical mask, scarves or handkerchiefs)
– NEW PATIENTS: all paperwork will be paperless and sent in an email or secure text message and must be completed PRIOR to the appointment. Paperwork cannot be completed in the office.
– Patients with appointments are limited to ONE guest and only when necessary, such as parent, care giver or translator
– Patients should enter the office at their exact appointment time, and not before, to allow time for proper preparation and disinfection.
– Verbal confirmation of your appointment is needed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to reserve your appointment slot.
We are continually cleaning and disinfecting before and after patient visits to our office and have added a UV sanitizing unit as an extra precaution in sanitizing our eyeglass frames.
With the continuous changes in the world today, rest assured that we are monitoring these changes and adapting accordingly to best serve you. Because of this, we have made the decision to no longer accept checks as a form of payment and are highly encouraging contact-less payments.
